Real world experience in world class organizations
The Environmental Extern Program is a job-shadow mentoring program designed to expose students to career opportunities and guidance. Students are matched with Workplace Mentors of the students’ choice. Workplace Mentors help students learn about career options, areas of study, and offer professional insights.
The program runs for one week during the upcoming J-Term (January 6 – 11, 2019). All career fields are represented from performing arts to technology. Externships are located in Virginia and Washington DC.
ERI partners with the Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Affairs, and UVA Career Center to bring students this opportunity. Travel, lodging, and up to $100 incidental expenses paid. Food and wages not included.
