Tackling this challenge may be the greatest global health opportunity of this century. The ERI focuses on understanding interactions between people and the planet—and how to alter them to create a better future. ERI supports integrated research that addresses strategies too understand tradeoffs and inform actions and policies that achieve better health and well-being in the face of environmental change. Our researchers engage with community members on the ground in some of the world’s most vulnerable regions, ensuring that our solutions are just, equitable, and actionable.
